Food is not the best fried food mostly we chose to go into town for a couple of meals. Managements needs to be more visible and clean this place is including staff. Cadino reeks of smoke no ventilation system. Must have a valid MN hunting or fishing license. Anyday of the week Must earn 5 base points to receive offer on any day of stay. Staff waking around with hickeys in neck and face, they are eating in public areas they are more concerned with a conversation with coworkers other than customers. Any day of the week, for up to two consecutive nights per week, all year round. I have worked in the gaming industry and I have never seen a casino run like this. Overall the staff don't appear to extremely unprofessional. Unlike others I did not get a discount room it cost me 250.00 for 2 nights. One and a half our later still nothing it took over two hours for them yo bring the pillow and towels it was 8pm before it arrived.
They skipped cleaning our room for some unknown reason, I called the front desk and told them not to worry about cleaning the room but we needed towels and an extra pillow. Stayed in room 1005, room was clean non smoking its across from the smoking staff room causing a slight smell of smoke in the room.
